1. Terms of Service
Our delivery logistics are strictly restricted to a 3km radius. Orders placed after 21:30 PM automatic night delivery fee. Unjustified refusal to pay for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders creates a binding financial debt, resulting in immediate account suspension until cleared via local Damak community mediation.

2. Return & Refund Policy (Consumer Protection Act, 2075)
• Strictly Non-Returnable: Perishable consumables (restaurant meals, dairy, fresh vegetables) cannot be refunded once accepted by the vendor.
• Defective Goods: Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days with the original receipt ONLY if defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for "change of mind".

3. Anti-Fraud & Security (ETA, 2063)
Exploiting vulnerabilities or maliciously altering checkout prices is computer fraud. Under Sections 45 & 51 of the ETA 2063, this carries penalties of up to 3 years imprisonment. Your exact IP address and device details are securely logged upon checkout as admissible legal evidence.

4. Privacy Act, 2075 & KYC Compliance
We securely collect GPS drop pins, phone numbers, and IP addresses solely for routing and security. For age-restricted items (18+), we collect National IDs and Video Selfies solely for legal age verification. Data Guarantee: Your ID photo and video selfie are automatically and permanently deleted from our secure cloud servers the exact moment an admin approves or rejects your age. We do not store, retain, or share your identity documents.

5. Out-of-Zone Address Changes
If you pin an incorrect location inside our zone, but your actual location is outside our strict 3km boundary, our rider will wait at the 3km edge for you to collect your order. We do not offer out-of-zone delivery. If you refuse collection: Kitchen orders (cooked food) will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Non-cooking items (groceries, shopping) will be refunded to your DMK Wallet, minus the delivery fee for the wasted trip.
